Refund policy

 Your satisfaction is important to us! We examine each product before sending them out to customers.

 

• Any exchanges or returns of UNOPENED products can be made within 14 days of the order. Email with pictures of the items you wish to exchange or return to info@mailashbrows.com .

In rare cases of defective items, email us pictures or videos and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

• Trainings are non-refundable once completed.

• Canceling hands-on training last minute (less than 2 weeks notice), deposit is non-refundable. Please understand that our trainings are private therefore, we have arranged our schedule around your booked time.

• Online Trainings are non-refundable once link is sent out.
