BASIC TO ADVANCED
MLB Academy prepares our students to be confident in their craft while, having concrete knowledge of permanent makeup.
Our training is divided into 2 parts: Online + Hands-On
ONLINE TRAINING
Study all Theory online, at your own pace. Our Online Training is one of the most in-depth and comprehensive trainings that teaches everything PMU. This training is to prepare you for our Hands-On Training.
If you wish to take the Online Training ONLY ($400), this option is available and come with a Mini Kit (see below). However, it cannot substitute the entire Hands-On Training program.
You will learn:
Foundation of Permanent Makeup - In-depth knowledge of PMU regardless what procedures you’d be doing.
Foundation of Lips - Fundamentals and Advanced Color Theory
Lip Mapping and Drawing Lip Shapes
Natural Lip Blush
Dark Lip Neutralization
Juicy Lip Technique
There will be:
Lecture Videos teaching slide by slide and in-depth
Technique Videos showing you each technique on latex
Demo Videos showing me doing on real clients
Printable booklets and practice sheets that you can download and print
HANDS-ON TRAINING
Our Hands-On Training is designed as private training that is uniquely tailored each student, at any levels.
We believe in spending quality time as 1:1 with our students to fully help them step-by-step.
Classes are offered in small size, usually 2:1
Hand-in-Hand guidance is an important teaching style in our trainings in order to help each student succeed.
Each training you will have the opportunities to:
Access Full Online Training for 1 Year
Receive full Pro Kit (value $600)
Shadow your trainer on PMU procedures on clients
Work on 2 live models under direct supervision of your trainer.

MLB believes in continuous support for our students. Your journey does not end after the training.
Students are welcomed to come back to our salon for unlimited shadowing until you feel comfortable. During shadowing, students will have the opportunity to watch the instructor perform any procedures and ask any questions.
If Students wish to bring in another model for additional practice under instructor's guidance, we will be able to provide a discount.
BASIC TO ADVANCED LIP BLUSH TRAINING
This training teaches everything you need to know about lips, how to perform lip blush procedures.
This training is suitable for new AND experienced artists who are looking to master their skills in lip blushing.
Learn my Juicy Lip Technique that could help you shorten your procedure time effectively.
Juicy Lip Technique gets lip blush procedure done in 1 hour with colors that "stays" unlike, other techniques that requires longer implanting time in order to get colors in.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Mai Le has been one of the pioneers in the beauty industry with her dedication to the art of Permanent Makeup & Eyelash Extensions. Just like you, she started her career from ground up with late nights of work, whether it be servicing clients or perfecting her crafts. Just like you, many times she had stumbled along the way, wishing if someone could just be there mentoring her. She had been in your path!
Her passion has never stopped! She yearned for knowledge and seek to learn from various masters. She had trained under many world renowned masters and held over 30 certifications of trainings. Mai Le has done over 5,000 procedures since 2015. She had acquired a vast experience in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Mai Le promises to pass down all her knowledge that she has acquired over the years through her personal trainings with you. We value a one-on-one learning experience.
We have live videos of procedures every week in our group, where you are free to ask questions engaging with your mentor; never stop learning!
